Central Bernard offers a wide selection of fresh, air or water chilled, chicken cuts
in a variety of formats. Packed in bulk or individually in regular or biodegradable foam trays,
all cuts are processed in a temperature controlled environment that respects all HACCP food
safety guidelines. Trays can be over-wrapped or protected with a leak-resistant end-seal film
that uses 36 to 41 percent less film than standard over wrap packaging.

Tray Pack
Boneless skinless breasts are available in the
following cuts:butterfly, split tender-in, split tender-out, partially
or
fully-trimmed and tenders.
Also available: Boneless thigh meat, drumsticks, thighs,
bone-in breast, skinless bone-in breast, skinless bone-in breast split.
